Electronics Brand is Letting Customer Test their new TV

Hisense, a high-end TV and Electronics company is taking a page from the mattress industry with a new campaign that allows buyers to try out a brand new TV for up to 100 days with no obligation. Most online mattress companies now provide packages that will enable clients to test out a new bed for a few months, and Hisense is launching its first “buy and try” offer with the “No Regrets” offer. Customers have 100 days to buy and sample a U800GR, U8G, U7G, or U6G ULED Series TV from an authorized Hisense merchant, such as Amazon, as part of the promotion.

The promotion also includes Hisense’s much-hyped L9G TriChroma Laser TV. In addition, customers can return their new big-screen TV for a full refund if they don’t like it within the first 100 days. Joel McHale, a long-time Hisense brand ambassador, appears in spots for the new campaign and says it was a no-brainer for him to join the “No Regrets” campaign. According to a poll conducted by Hisense, 80% of customers want to test a television at home before making a purchase.

After all, many claim it’s difficult to gauge picture quality and screen size when purchasing a television online. The brand hopes that potential buyers will respond to their new “No Regrets” offer in this way. Compared to a standard LCD TV, the latest Hisense TVs all include 4K ULED picture quality and “Quantum Dot” technology, which helps offer more prosperous, more brilliant colors. Other features include Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio in cinematic quality, an “Auto Low Latency Mode” to reduce lag and stuttering on screen, and real-time image optimization, which utilizes AI to alter the picture and sound based on what you’re seeing.
